- 1 wall hung lavatory
- 1 floor drain
- 1 trap primer
- 1 sewer
- 1 water service
- 1 backflow at water meter
Currently there is no drain or water lines in the building, inside concrete will need to be cut to install plumbing under slab as well as the parking lot behind unit to tie onto a main sewer for building.
A trench will also need to be cut from water meter to the building across parking lot in order to run a new 3/4'' pvc water service.
New water shut off will be installed where service enters the building
New 2 way cleanout will be installed where sewer exits the building
