: Existing white vinyl fence encircles entire property at 127 S. 7th St. We wish to remove approximately 66 feet of this fence along the north property line located between our adjacent property at 123 S. 7th St. and replace it with a conforming wooden fence. Starting at the NW back corner of the property, the vinyl fence section consists of 36 feet of 6 foot high fence and 30 feet of 3 foot high fence. Remaining 3' high vinyl fence running out to the sidewalk/ROW, will be left in place, which ties in to existing gates and fence. Replacement wood fence to be 6 feet high and match appearance and color of existing wood fence at 123 S. 7th. [NOTE: Existing wooden fence on this adjacent property was purposely constructed as a shadow box with lattice window atop each panel section, which was the construction style that the vinyl fence is mimicking.] Wood fence to run in exactly the same location as the fence being replaced. The length of the new 6' high wooden fence would approximate an existing length of 6' high white vinyl fence which runs along the south property line at 127 S. 7th. Purpose: 1. Remove some of the non-conforming existing white vinyl fence at 127 S. 7th St. and replace with conforming wooden fence to improve appearance. 2. Provide some privacy screening between a downstairs bedroom at 123 S. 7th and the driveway at 127 S. 7th St.
