Comments:

We are seeking to replace two existing signs. One hanging sign that has an existing bracket located on the side of the Stark Building on S 2nd Street. We removed the existing sign due to some deterioration of the wood. The second sign is to replace a wooden sign that is mounted on an existing arbor. We are replacing both signs with a metal and wood sign that will be more durable. The Hanging sign will be a metal overlay with a wood frame. Its dimensions are 4 feet wide by 2 feet high. It consists of the words " PJD's Craft Beer Bar." The sign mounted on the arbor will be metal also 4 feet wide by 2 feet high . It consists of the words "PJD's Beer and Wine Garden"
