Comments:

Build approximately 631 feet of resiliency wall along the west side of South Front Street, connecting into the resiliency system previously built at Lots C&D. The proposed resiliency system is a steel sheet pile wall with a reinforced concrete cap. The project also includes relocation of the existing watermain conflicting with the proposed wall alignment. The wall has been located to avoid any impacts to wetlands, sovereign submerged lands, and is located entirely on City owned property. Prior to building of the proposed resiliency wall, the overhead utility lines will be undergrounded.
