While similar in organization to contiguous home, plan modifications have been made to address corner vs. interior peonia as well as existing tree canopy, access to garage, etc. Character of the homes vary considerably in terms of roof, fenestration, porch(s) and detail in a manner consistent with turn of the century stick style predominant within the historic districts.
